Follow these five gold rules to maintain optimum health.

Practical tip No. 1:

Keep Moving:  Research proves that by performing an activity for 10 minutes every day and keeping your heart rate above 100 beats per minute can reduce pain and prevent spinal injuries

Practical tip No. 2:

Reverse Your Posture:  Sitting at your desk or driving is probably more detrimental to your health than hard labor. If you sit all day, make sure you lay on your stomach or lay as flat as possible to help your back.

Practical tip No. 3:

Play lots of sports:  It has now been proven that athletes that concentrate on only one sport are more likely to tear their ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament).  Simply practice and play other sports to train your body to move in a variety of angles.

Practical tip No. 4:

Hydration is crucial: Our bodies are composed of over 90% water!  Avoid a lot of soda, coffee, etc. to avoid dehydration.

Practical tip No. 5:

Oxygen is what keeps us alive! Smoking reduces the oxygen to you spinal nerve, discs, and bones by 50%.  If you have back pain and smoke, please consider stopping, you have 50% more chance of decreasing your symptoms.
